The Strokes wowed fans at the O2 Wireless Festival in London last night, June 21.

The US rockers played a blistering set featuring songs from their latest album, 'First Impressions Of Earth', and classic tracks.

The headlining band opened with 'Heart In A Cage', and later sent the crowd wild with renditions of 'Hard To Explain', 'Juicebox' and 'The End Has No End'.

However, the biggest cheer of the night was reserved for hit single 'Last Night'.

The band, fronted by Julian Casablancas, also covered the Lou Reed classic 'Walk On The Wild Side' before closing their set with 'Take It Or Leave It'.

Other acts to grace the stage, in Hyde Park, included Dirty Pretty Things - fronted by former Libertines star Carl Barat - and Jack White's new band The Raconteurs.

A host of stars were at the music festival, which runs until Sunday, June 25, including supermodel Kate Moss, Kelly Osbourne, who was seen chatting to the catwalk beauty, and reality TV star Jade Goody.
