Noel Gallagher thought he had been stabbed after being attacked on stage.

The Oasis rocker - who is currently nursing broken ribs after being pushed over by a stage invader at Canada's V Festival earlier this month - admits he initially thought the incident was far more serious.

He fumed to Blender magazine: "People like Amy have got no pride in themselves. My message to her would be, 'Go make another record, or did the pressure of this one fry your little brain so you became a junkie?' I don't care for f**k-ups. If she carries on like this how will she end up? Who gives a s**t?"

Amy Winehouse will soon be dead, according to Noel Gallagher. The Oasis guitarist has a number of songs left over from sessions for the band's new album 'Dig Out Your Soul' which he thinks Amy, 25, would be perfect for, but believes her rampant drug use will kill her soon.

He told NME magazine: "I've got a backlog of 30-odd songs just sitting there. I don't know what the f**k I'm going to do with them all."

Liam Gallagher says being in Oasis is better than being God. The British rocker boasted that being a divine being is no match for singing in his band.

Liam - whose idol John Lennon sparked mass outrage in the U.S. in 1966 when he declared The Beatles were "more popular than Jesus" - said: "If I wasn't a musician I don't know, I'd be God, maybe? That would be a good job. That's the next highest honor. Being in Oasis, then being f***ing God! Top!"

Jay-Z wants to headline Glastonbury again. The "99 Problems" rapper would be happy to return to the British music festival following his controversial performance this year.

He said: "Of course I'd come back. It was incredible. I'm glad it went that way, because the world was watching."
