Noel Gallagher is selling his Ibiza villa for $11 million.
The Oasis star has reportedly decided get rid of his idyllic Spanish island property - which he bought for $5 million in 1999 - because he reportedly wants to escape his neighbor, 'You're Beautiful' singer James Blunt.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Noel has been going to Ibiza every summer for years, but now wants to find a new holiday destination."
"He is fed up with hearing James Blunt constantly talk about Ibiza like he owns the place. It's taken the charm out of it for him so he's put his villa up for sale.
"It's very close to Blunt's place and he says he can't stand the thought of Blunt making rubbish songs up the road!"
Blunt bought his Ibiza home for $2.4 million in 2006.
Last year he revealed: "I wanted somewhere my mates could come and join in the fun, which was only short flight away from the U.K."
"We have lots of fun. I've got my own nightclub in the villa with a neon sign that says 'Blunty's Nightclub Where Everybody's Beautiful'. It's brilliant."
