Britney Spears hits another red light in court, and this time she isn't allowed to drive her kids for the time being.
After an emergency hearing requested by Kevin Federline, Spears' former husband, on Friday, November 16, Commissioner Scott Gordon decided that the one-time pop princess should not go anywhere in her car with her two children.
Attorneys for Britney's ex appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court to seek an order to prevent the troubled mother from chauffeuring their children, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James around town in the wake of her escalating driving blunders.
Neither Spears' nor Federline's attorneys commented on the decision in the hearing.
"Orders were made," Mark Vincent Kaplan, attorney for Federline, said. "I can't discuss the content of those orders. Documents have not been released by the court, and I don't know if they will be. The matter will be continued at a future date."
Spears' attorney, Anne Kiley, said a lot lesser, "Everything is fine."
Among her driving indiscretions include texting while driving, running on a red light, and donning dark sunglasses during the night, all of which are captured on cam by the paparazzi always on her trail and with her two children in tow.
The 25-year-old singer lost custody of her boys last month but has been granted visitation rights when a court-appointed monitor is present.
