The blonde beauty - who split from fiance Michael Bolton earlier this year - celebrated her 45th birthday with her new lover, who stood close by as she blew out candles in front of friends including her "Desperate Housewives" co-stars Felicity Huffman and Kyle MacLachlan.

An onlooker at Los Angeles restaurant Luau said: "They arrived separately and even started dinner at different booths. Later on they moved to a separate booth where they cuddled and kissed - they were full-on making out in a booth."

Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have called off their engagement.

The "Desperate Housewives" actress and the "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You" singer - who have had an on-off relationship since 1992 - split "amicably", according to Nicollette's representative.
