It's no secret that "Simple Life" star Nicole Richie has gone from a chubby little cutie, to an impoverished looking pipe head, but now - at 24 years old, she's reported shopping in the children's department just to find clothing to fit her.

A size 0 is said to hang off of her. Friends and family are said to be very concerned about her anorexic looking appearance.

Meanwhile, those stick figure legs have no problem getting her to every Hollywood function imaginable.

She's been spotted partying all over L.A. and Miami, and was last seen at Benny Medina's 48th birthday party at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

These girls are very sick and it is silly gossip magazines that are the proble here! They put the pictures of emaciated girls on their covers and they write the diet tips in their feature articles. The media is to blame not the sad celebrities that find themselves caught up in this horrific mental disorder
