Nicole Richie Shops For Food But Does She Eat It?

Nicole Richie doesn't seem to be in rehab but that doesn't mean she doesn't need to be.

After a few months of subtle weight gain, "The Simple Life" star was looking somewhat healthier - by size zero, Hollywood standards - but has since plummeted back to dangerous territory.

Amid rumors of going to rehab for anorexia and substance abuse, Nicole has emerged, ironically, at a supermarket to buy food for a BBQ. However, it doesn't appear like she is eating much of it. The socialite is back to skin and bones, showing off her boney chest in a low-cut dress.

Reports also claim that the tiny star collapsed at the BBQ later in the night. It was the same BBQ Mischa Barton attended and left early to go to the hospital.
