When Nicole Richie goes to jail, she is going to have to remember to pack her credit card and skinny leg jeans into her Louis Vuitton bag.
Unlike BFF Paris Hilton who was dragged back to her cell almost kicking and screaming, Nicole will be able to spend her 96 hours in relative normality. The starlet does not have to wear the orange jumpsuit or go into solitary confinement.
Instead, Nicole is able to wear clothes of her choice - possibly a relief for the super skinny style star. While her accessories will have to remain in her home, the rumored expectant mother can take the essentials.
Police Sergeant Thor Merich confirmed, "She's not gonna be coming in here wearing and miniskirt and pumps. We pretty much go bare minimum."
However, for the privilege, Nicole will have to pay. The judge has ordered her to pay for her own jail time. On top of that, "The Simple Life" star must pay a $2,000 fine and attend a drug and alcohol education program.
Nicole is preparing for a tell-all pre-jail interview with Barbara Walters on August 3 when she is expected to confirm the pregnancy rumors.
