Nicole Richie's DUI occurred after leaving her new boyfriends house. Now the starlet is rumored to be moving in with him, which will be good news for other late night drivers.
Richie and her latest love, Good Charlotte front man Joel Madden, are said to be setting up house together, despite only being a couple for a few weeks.
According to the New York Post newspapers Page Six, the couple has become "inseparable" and "The Simple Life" star has been spending most of her nights at his Los Angeles digs.
A source confirms that Richie is "moving stuff out of her West Hollywood condo into his Glendale home".
However, there are a few people not impressed with the new plans - one being Madden's ex Hilary Duff and the other his brother and band mate Benji.
According to the Post, the younger brother and neighbor is "furious" with the decision.
