American beauty Kristin Cavallari has denied reports claiming she has been romancing Nick Lachey.

The sexy 19-year-old - who shot to fame on US reality TV show 'Laguna Beach' which followed the lives of eight teenagers living in California's OrangeCounty for MTV - has been spotted in recent weeks canoodling with the hunky singer at a number of parties.

Rumor has it Nick Lachey is courting another MTV reality TV star - Kristin Cavallari from "Laguna Beach."

Nick, his mom Cate, and Kristin dined together in Westwood, California restaurant, Palomino. Onlookers observed it seems Nick is already serious with the 19-year-old.

It didn't take simpleton Jessica Simpson's ex-hubby Nick Lachey to get back on the horse. While he and some of his friends dined at Koi, his brother Drew Lachey's dance partner Cheryl Bruke, from "Dancing With The Stars," met the party there. Sources say that Nick and Cheryl are now an item after meeting several weeks ago through Drew.

Nick Lachey is desperate to have a baby. The heartthrob singer admits he's started thinking about having children, despite his recent split from his wife of three years Jessica Simpson.

The 32-year-old revealed: "Obviously, it's not the right time for me to be afather. But the one thing I haven't had a chance to do is be a great dad."

Onlookers at Sushi Roku restaurant in Santa Monica, California got an eye and ear full when Nick Lachey and his soon-to-be-ex father-in-law, Jessica's dad, Joe Simpson, bumped heads.

Rumor has it that Nick had been dining with a buddy and was all set to leave when Joe walked in, spotted Nick, and said bluntly, "You'll never get half of everything in the divorce settlement."

It appears that 98 degrees singer Nick Lachey is going to milk his pending divorce to simpleton Jessica Simpson for all it - and she, is worth.

Court papers were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Nick, in response to Jessica's filing, in which Nick said he was reserving the right to seek spousal support, even though she has asked the court not to give him any.
