At only 6-days-old, Cate Blanchett's newborn son was getting used to the flash of the photographer's cameras. Blanchett brought her baby, Ignatius, to the Australia 2020 forum in Canberra.

The actress, along with other performers including Hugh Jackman, went to the conference to brainstorm about the future of the arts in Australia. The public appearance of her third son was a highlight of the conference and Jackman called Blanchett a supermom for showing up only days after giving birth.

According to People.com, Blanchett said, "It is a measure of my belief in the weekend that I am here at all. As you could imagine, I would rather be in bed."
