Naomi Campbell has mocked her anger management problems in a new TV commercial.

The supermodel - who carried out five days community service cleaning the streets of New York as punishment for throwing her mobile phone at her maid - is seen gardening in a glamorous red dress and high heels in the advert for Dunkin' Donuts iced tea.

She soon loses her temper when she breaks a heel and throws the shoe through a window, before ripping up a shrub. As Naomi rages, a cool, calm and collected lady - based on American homemaker Martha Stewart - relaxes next to her, drinking Dunkin' Donuts iced tea.

Last month, Naomi reportedly joked to friends that her anger problems had boosted her career.

Speaking about her debut W magazine cover shoot, the catwalk beauty allegedly told pals: "All I had to do was scrub some floors and hit my maid!"

W magazine also published extracts from Naomi's community service diary. In one entry, the British star revealed she was terrified the grueling physical work would ruin her looks.

Naomi wrote: "I start to feel the wear and tear of the week. I see bags under my eyes. I think, 'Oh my god. I need a good night's sleep.'"
