Missy Elliott has found fresh talent straight from the Internet. The Grammy Award-winning rapper has discovered the dancing stars of her new 3D video Chng-a-ling/Shake Your Pom Pom while surfing for new movies online.

Elliott, born Melissa Arnette Elliott, had been so amazed by the Japanese dance troupe The Woomin Crew that she invited them to take part in her new gig.

"I'm always looking for different kinds of dances and dance styles and I went on in and I found this group, and they are so different," she says of the group, who had a slow-motion routine dance online. "I've never seen this style of dancing ever and I've been all across the world."

"People are gonna think (what they do) is an effect, but it's not an effect. They make their bodies move in slow motion."
