An update on the Mischa Barton arrest: according to reports, the former O.C. bad girl had been smoking marijuana when she was arrested by police for driving under the influence on Thursday morning.
The 21-year-old actress was pulled over by cops in the wee hours of the morning when she was spotted straddling two lanes of traffic. She was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI. Police also found out that she was in possession of narcotics and a suspended license.
Barton scored a 0.12 on the Breathalyzer test. She was found to have marijuana on her person and prescription drugs, which were not in her name.
"During Ms. Barton's detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage," according to police. "Ms. Barton was arrested and transported to West Hollywood Sheriff's station where the booking process was completed without incident."
She is currently on a $10,000 bail after being released on Thursday night.
