'Mighty Aphrodite' star Mira Sorvino has become a mum - for the second time.
The Oscar winner and husband, 24-year-old Chris Backus, welcomed their second child, Johnny, into the world at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills on Monday (05/29/06).
Spokesman for the 38-year-old actress, Ed Choi, said: "Both mother and son are doing very well and are both very healthy.
"The entire family is thrilled at the addition of a baby brother for their daughter, Mattea."
The couple - who married in January 2004 within a month of first meeting at a friend's party - had their first child, Mattea Angel, 10 months after tying the knot.
Announcing her second pregnancy in January of this year, Sorvino said: "I'm so excited Mattea is going to have a sibling. We're going to be a family of four."
Sorvino - who is best known for her role in 1997s camp comedy, 'Romy and Michele's High School Reunion' - is the daughter of 'Goodfellas' actor Paul Sorvino.
