Despite what may be happening behind closed doors, Kylie Minogue is determine to make her split with Olivier Martinez appear amicable to her fans.
The pop princess, who sparkled at the opening of her London costume exhibit, has posted an open letter to her supports on her official website, defending her former boyfriend.
While their four-year romance ended amongst cheating rumors, Minogue has urged her fans to stop giving the French actor a hard time.
She wrote, "As for the treatment Olivier has received of late, I can only reiterate that he simply does not deserve the kind of harassment or vitriol to which he has been subjected. For someone whom I have enormous love and respect, and communicate with, it is so grossly unfair: to demonize an honest man. I would ask of you, my fans, to show your support for both Olli and myself as a separation is never easy."
The "S.W.A.T" star has been spotted in L.A with starlets such as Penelope Cruz and Michelle Rodriguez since he revealed that he was no longer dating the Australian star.
Minogue, meanwhile, has held her head high in the wake of the separation. The singer told fans, "I'm fine" after ending another serious relationship.
The "Can't Get You Outta My Head" singer has recently spoken of her desire to settle down and start a family following her breast cancer battle.
