Former 'Lost' star Michelle Rodriguez has been released from prison early.

The actress - who was jailed for violating her probation terms after her drink driving arrest in Hawaii - was let out after serving less than a day of a 60-day jail sentence.

According to Daily Dish, Michelle began a 60-day sentence in a Los Angeles jail for a drunk driving-related probation violation.

On Tuesday, the judge at Kaneohe District Court, in Oahu, also ordered the 27-year-old to pay a $500 fine. Before being locked up, Rodriguez was allowed to go home to get some personal items.
