The drama of Michael and Dina Lohan continues.
While their eldest daughter sits in rehab for the third time this year, the fighting ex-spouses are still arguing through lawyers and the press.
This time, after failing to order Dina to be drug tested, Michael has demanded that her boyfriend be kept away from his children.
The former alcoholic has claimed that the hard partying mother's boyfriend is an alcoholic.
According to the New York Post newspaper, he said, "Jim McMillan should not be in the presence of my children - especially when I'm being kept from them. He is no example, nor is he a substitute father."
Jim has been helping raise Michael Jr, 19, Ali, 13 and Dakota, 10, while he dates 'White Oprah' Dina.
Former convict Michael's lawyer added, "During my client's telephone calls with the children, he has overheard Mr. McMillan in the background making inappropriate comments. On a more disturbing note, it appears that Mr. McMillan was inebriated."
Lindsay has been battling alcoholism for well over one year. She started attending AA meetings and has been in rehab twice before this latest stint. She is due to start fighting her DUI charges from late August.
