Matthew McConaughey is looking pretty good these days - showing off his tight physique and defined muscle structure - and now he can help make you look just as good by taking his fitness advice. The charming actor is currently making a fitness and exercise DVD for men to help them achieve that trim-toned look he's worked so hard for.

The "Failure to Launch" actor has been training intensively to get in shape for the project and has even enlisted the help of some of his celebrity friends.

Matthew and cycling legend Lance Armstrong have been seen completing grueling exercise sessions on Malibu beach to prepare for the shoot.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper, "Matt wants to create a lifestyle and fitness DVD for men. It will show how to get a killer surfer's body. That's why he has been working out so much. He couldn't provide a DVD giving you promises of an amazing physique if he was untoned himself."

The 36-year-old Texan has even asked housemate Lance, who won the Tour de France a record seven consecutive times, to appear in the project with him.

The source added, "Lance is the first of Matt's celebrity friends he is interviewing to get tips. He is hoping a couple more will get involved to help sell it."

Meanwhile, Matthew's former lover Penelope Cruz has been spotted with British actor Orlando Bloom, sparking rumors the pair are an item. Matthew and Penelope, who fell in love on the set of adventure movie "Sahara," had been dating for more than a year before they called time on their relationship this summer.
