Former Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm has revealed she is pregnant. Mel, 34, is expecting her first baby with her partner of six years, Thomas Starr.

She is the last of the five Spice Girls to have a baby. Mel - also known as Mel C and Sporty Spice - revealed Thursday she is "delighted" by the news.

The Spice Girls would love to perform for Nelson Mandela. The girl power group has announced that they would be thrilled to perform for the former South African president's 90th birthday if they were asked.

It was reported last week that Mandela wanted the newly reunited quintet to perform at an all-star concert in London on June 27. The girls responded gamely during their show at Madison Square Garden in New York.

And they call her 'Reluctant Spice' for a reason. Melanie Chisholm of the Spice Girls is threatening to quit the band ahead of their highly-anticipated world tour next month if, according to her, the other four bandmates "behave outrageously" during their tour.

The singer, 33, is said to want to avoid the well-publicized drama that usually goes on behind the scenes between the five women of the band.
