Back in the Spice Girl's hey day, the group's members talked up girl power, but now Mel C is blasting her former female band mates.
The British singer appeared on Britain's "Orange Playlist" TV show, where she ranted about different issues, all with relevance to her former group members.
First of all, the former Sporty Spice talked about celebrity autobiographies, which have been written by Victoria Beckham and Geri Halliwell. Britain's The Mirror newspaper quotes her saying, "It irritates me that people write biographies now, when they're in their twenties. It's just pound signs isn't it?"
Each Spice Girl has experienced relatively poor success in the music arena since going their separate ways. According to Mel C, her failing pop career is because of Ginger, Baby, Posh and Scary.
She continued, "You just get tarred with the same brush and then you become a bit of a failure as well. But I have made the best records. And I'm not joking when I say that."
After making it clear that she doesn't have a high opinion of her former friends, Mel admitted to physically fighting with Mel B.
She said, "We were drunk in LA and it got a bit 'pushy-shovey.' Geri tried to split us up and got a punch. God knows what it was about. Mel was probably being a bitch."
But the Spice Girls were not the only ones her got a tongue lashing by Mel C.
Freshly rehabilitated Robbie Williams, who the singer dated in the late '90s, has also been cut down to size.
She said, "It was nothing serious but we went on a couple of dates and it didn't really work out. It was 10 f**king years ago and I'm still talking about it! It was just a chemistry thing really. Sometimes there's not a major reason. He was busy traveling all over the world and so was I. At the end of the day, you're never going to get Robbie to settle down are you? You're never going to tame that beast!"
