Matthew McConaughey has met his new girlfriend's mother.
The 'Sahara' star, who is rarely seen in public wearing anything more than a pair of shorts, donned a shirt to meet Brazilian model Camilla Alves' mother for the first time at her birthday party at Hollywood's Cuban restaurant El Floridita.
A fellow diner said: "Matthew wore a black shirt and khaki trousers."
"He and Camilla left the restaurant hand-in-hand. He was very affectionate to her."
Matthew recently agreed to move out of his beachside trailer to keep Camilla happy. The 37-year-old actor had been enjoying a bachelor lifestyle in his Airstream trailer on a Malibu beach while filming his latest movie 'Surfer Dude.'
However, Camilla was not prepared to slum it in his mobile home and insisted they relocate.
A source said: "Matthew was in the bar with some friends. He told them he was going to ditch the trailer because Camilla was unimpressed with it. He is going to start house hunting."
