Kylie Minogue's love affair with French star Olivier Martinez may be officially over.
Reports in Britain suggest that the actor is doing everything in his power to make the pop star break up with him, not wanting to end the relationship so close to Minogue's recovery from breast cancer.
According to the reports, the "Unfaithful" star has been dining with Michelle Rodriguez, his co-star in "SWAT," and Israeli model Sarai Givati.
Martinez was seen with both women at L.A.'s Chateau Marmont, a celebrity favorite that is constantly surrounded by paparazzi.
Minogue is currently in the U.K. performing her "Showgirl" tour, which was delayed when she became ill.
A source told the Daily Mail newspaper, "Olivier finds Kylie too controlling and neurotic. But he feels he cannot dump her so soon after her recovery from breast cancer. Though the situation has become totally unworkable, he is concerned what the fallout might be with her still so weak. He feels too guilty to finish the relationship himself."
Despite Rodriguez dodging reports she is a lesbian, the pair were spotted kissing two years ago when cheating rumors first arose.
However, the source adds that the "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" singer is determined to make her relationship work.
The insider added, "She can't bear the thought of breaking up with Ollie. She has been as unswerving and driven about their relationship as she has about her career - failure is not an option. She was planning the wedding dress before he even proposed. She wants the family, but the clock is ticking. She cannot cope with the idea of starting all over again."
The 37-year-old pop icon has expressed her desire to start a family in the near future.
