| If there's not enough onscreen action in bed, you can count Jack Nicholson out. The legendary actor reportedly turned down a part in Martin Scorsese's new film because it did not have enough sex scenes - at least temporarily it didn't. Jack initially refused the part of Mafia gang leader Frank Costello in "The Departed," saying it was not "meaty enough." However, after the director agreed to spice up the 69-year-old actor's part with some raunchy antics he agreed to get onboard. | |
| Jack Nicholson is usually on top of his game, but this week the actor wasn't doing too well and was hospitalized for a gland condition. The 69-year-old screen legend checked himself into Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Hospital on Monday to be treated for a salivary gland problem. | |
| Leonardo DiCaprio was not shooting a scene for his new movie when he fled after coming in contact with a wild cat. A bobcat (Lynx rufus) scared the actor away when it appeared on the golf course where he was teeing off with actor-extraordinaire Jack Nicholson. | |
| Jack Nicholson has reportedly been making plans to knock Marlon Brando's old house down. The legendary actor who bought the late "Godfather" star's home shortly after his death two years ago is said to be planning to demolish the house and turn the site into a giant flowerbed. | | | |
| China has decided to censor the movie, "Memoirs of a Geisha", despite increased openness from the government in recent years and an appearance from two leading Chinese actresses. The decision from the Chinese government was made public last Wednesday; however, a specific reason has not yet been given. Most analysts have said that the censoring is a move by the government to control outside influences that have flooded the Chinese market since the country joined the World Trade Organization in 2001. | |
