Just when everyone seemed to be forgetting Miley Cyrus's Vanity Fair photo shoot, Marie Osmond has brought it up again. And the entertainer, and mother, is putting the blame squarely on Miley's dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.

According to People.com, Osmond told AOL Television that parents of showbiz kids should never leave their children alone, not even with a photographer. Osmond said she grew up in show business and her parents, "never, never left us alone. We always had some form of a guardian or something with us, a guardian that would represent what they would have done."

In Miley's case, Billy Ray was called away to a business meeting during the photo shoot, but Miley's grandmother and her teacher were with her.

Once the Vanity Fair photos became public, Miley apologized to her fans and photographer Annie Leibovitz, who shot the photos, said she was sorry they were misinterpreted.
