Marcia Cross has just learned that the saying "one man's trash is another one's treasure" is true. The 45-year-old actress becomes the latest celebrity to have nude pictures leaked on the Internet.
Her husband, Tom Mahoney, took the pictures while she was fully naked in the shower. Sources say the pictures landed in the wrong hands when she had thrown them away. The couple had hired a firm to take away their garbage and when the trash was taken to the dump, the revealing photos were discovered.
The full frontal and totally naked shots of Cross have been distributed on the Web. It may also be put up for sale. The couple has allegedly tried to stop them from scattering. The actress reportedly insists she has a copyright to them.
Cross and Mahoney had been married June 2006. The engagement had been announced August 2005, after six months of dating. They have given birth to a fraternal twins, Eden and Savannah, on February 20 this year.
