"The Devil Wears Prada" actress - who split from Canadian singer Michael Buble earlier this year after a three-year relationship - is said to have spent a romantic weekend with 29-year-old John in Santa Barbara, California, earlier this month.
A source told America's Star magazine: "They ordered room service, took long walks and spent every second together. John really cares for Emily - he totally fawns over her. And she is loving the attention. She's a down-to-earth girl, but it's nice to be treated so well."
