Mandy Moore has been linked to many Hollywood bachelors - including Zach Braff, Andy Roddick and most recently DJ AM, but that doesn't mean she enjoys the perils of dating.
The singer and actress told PEOPLE magazine at the Hollywood premiere of her latest film "Because I Said So," co-starring screen legend Diane Keaton, that she prefers to be in a relationship.
She said, "I don't enjoy dating in the public eye. I don't even really enjoy dating. I find it really not fun. When it comes to the romantic side of things, I would rather be a girl in a relationship than dating."
When pressed to confirm whether she is "dating" Nicole Richie's ex-fiance DJ AM, Moore replied, "I don't know."
However, onlookers at the premiere have a different view.
One witness told the magazine, "DJ AM's arm was wrapped around Mandy as she spoke to suits, cast members and guests. The pair still found time to break away to be alone and kiss."
Last year, Moore shrugged off rumors she was engaged to "Scrubs" star Braff. She recently revealed she has suffered from depression, but denies it is due to her romantic life.
