The Spears matriarch, Lynne, is on the verge of a breakdown, it has been claimed. Britney and Jamie Lynn's mother has had enough of her daughters' antics that friends are worried it's all taking a toll on her.

Lynne is said to be talking incoherently and "seems like she's about to have a breakdown" because of the recent two months' events that has happened to both her daughters.

In yet another bold move by PETA, the animal rights organization uses Jamie Lynn Spears as its unwitting model for its latest campaign.

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals jumps on the hype of 16-year-old pregnant sister of Britney's scandal and use her to spread the message to owners to spay and neuter their pets. The new Internet video features another 16-year-old girl being encouraged to become sexually active by her parents. The girl asks, "What if I get pregnant?" in which the parents replied by urging her to "pop out all the kids you can." The ad's message concludes: "Parents shouldn't act this way. Neither should people with dogs and cats. Always spay or neuter."
