Lynne Spears' memoir is set to be released later this year.

'Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World' - which will tell how Lynne raised her famous daughters Britney and Jamie Lynn - was put on hold after news emerged of 17-year-old actress Jamie Lynn's pregnancy, but the publisher has now confirmed it will be available from September.

A spokesman for Thomas Nelson publisher said: "When Jamie Lynn got pregnant, it was put on hold. Lynne never stopped working on it because she wants to express her love for her children and tell their stories through a mother's eyes."

The book will document the trials and tribulations Lynne has been through during her 26 years of motherhood.

It is expected to feature Britney's phenomenal rise to pop superstardom and her recent public meltdown, as well as Jamie Lynn's success on children's TV show 'Zoey 101.'

The spokesman added: "This will not be a parenting book. It's her story of what it was like being a mom and raising two very famous people. It's a memoir."
