Lynne Spears Orders $60 Worth Of Baby Gift For Sarah Palin's Pregnant Teenage Daughter And Insists The Gift Tag Must Be Written From Jamie Lynn

Jamie Lynn Spears has sent a gift to Sarah Palin's pregnant daughter. Mother-of-one Jamie - the 17-year-old sister of troubled singer Britney - is said to have ordered $60 worth of pink burp cloths from Beverly Hills baby store Petit Tresor for the U.S. Vice Presidential candidate's daughter Bristol, also 17.

The "Zoey 101" star's mother Lynne - who is set to release a book about parenting - apparently made the call and insisted the gift tag be written from Jamie.

A source said: "It was ordered by phone, and they asked what could be done for under $100. They spent $60 on pink burp cloths."

Jamie's fiance Casey Aldridge was recently reported to have "instigated" an affair with a 28-year-old woman while the star was expecting the couple's first child.

The actress - who gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann in June this year - was said to have been oblivious her 19-year-old husband-to-be was allegedly cheating on her with Kelli Dawson.
