Jamie Lynn Spears' mom wants a pre-nuptial agreement signed before Casey Aldridge can marry her daughter. Lynne is still doubtful that a marriage between her teen pregnant daughter and her baby daddy is the best idea so she's demanding the contract to be signed to protect the "Zoey 101" star's assets.
The contract is said to be already drawn up, all it needs is the signature of the future husband.
An insider says, "The contract is already drawn up and ready to go. Lynne's not sure marriage is a good idea, but she'll go along with that if that's what Jamie Lynn wants - as long as Casey signs the contract."
It had been recently reported that a cousin has confirmed Jamie Lynn's engagement to her 19-year-old beau. The younger sister of Britney, who is set to celebrate her 17th birthday on April 4, has allegedly been showing off her new engagement ring to friends and family.
Lynn is said to be in doubt about Casey's true feelings. The source tells In Touch magazine, "He doesn't seem as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn. Lynne is keeping an eye on him."
