Not too long ago she made one of the best films of her life, but now she's happy just being a regular mom.
Liv Tyler will never make another epic film project like the "Lord Of The Rings" trilogy.
The 29-year-old actress isn't prepared to commit the amount of time she did to the acclaimed fantasy series because she doesn't want to be away from her son Milo, who was born in December 2004, for months on end.
She said, "I'm definitely not going to be shooting a huge 'Lord of the Rings'-type project again. Milo is still very young so I don't want to disrupt his little world too much until he starts school."
Liv recently revealed she almost gave up acting to be a full-time mother. The actress took last year off to care for Milo, and has now admitted she nearly turned her back on Hollywood altogether.
She said, "It was really a reflective period for me, and I was asking myself all these questions, like, 'Should I retire and move to the country and have lots of babies?' That year off helped me realize I love what I do."
Liv - the daughter of Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler - is currently filming the new thriller "The Strangers" in South Carolina, in the heart of America's tobacco country.
