Liv Tyler grew up wanting a baby.
The actress - who has a three-year-old son, Milo with estranged husband Royston Langdon - never thought of having a career when she was younger because she always wanted to be a mother.
She said: "The dream of my whole life was to be a mother. I never had a dream of a career. I'm so grateful to have my son."
Liv - daughter of Aerosmith frontman Steven - says although she strives to give her son a normal upbringing, her constant traveling means Milo always associates motor-homes with her work.
She added to Britain's OK! magazine: "He says, 'That's mommy's work' when we see a motor-home because he thinks of a movie set."
"I love traveling with him and it's best for him to be close to me."
Despite splitting from Royston, Liv admits she would like more children. She said: "I would love more children. I love being a mom. Getting pregnant is hard and a miracle."
The 'Armageddon' actress and Spacehog rocker confirmed they had split up earlier this month after Liv was seen without her wedding ring.
