Lindsay Lohan already has her first party organized for when she is discharged from rehab.
The starlet's July 2 birthday party, her 21st, is still scheduled to go ahead in Las Vegas - meaning Lindsay will be going directly to the party capital of the country as soon as she is sober.
The "Mean Girl" star's lawyer has confirmed that Lindsay still plans to celebrate, despite her major sponsor pulling out of the event.
Svedka Vodka has decided to not sponsor the coming-of-age blow out because of Lindsay's DUI and rehab stint.
Lawyer, Mike Heller, told VH1, "There is a birthday party scheduled that she is contracted to do at Pure. It's scheduled for July 2. That hasn't changed. Nothing has been canceled as of now."
The 20-year-old is hopefully as determined to get sober as she still is to party. Her lawyer continued, "Lindsay said she's doing the party in Vegas, no matter what."
However, Lindsay's inner circle believe that attending the high profile bash will be good for the star as she adjusts back to normal life.
Mike Heller adds, "Just because you're sober doesn't mean you can't go out and have fun. Part of sobriety is that you can go out into normal society and just go out. Who say's you can't move your booty on the dance floor?"
Prior to checking into Promises treatment facility, Lindsay's party was legendary in Hollywood. The star was caught allegedly using cocaine in a hotel bathroom and swigging alcohol straight from the bottle.
