Lindsay Sued Over Car Crash

Another starlet, another court battle.

Lindsay Lohan is the latest Hollywood star to be listed in a court document for her driving efforts, following in the path of Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.

The rehabilitating star is being sued by Grandeur Inc., a company which claims the "Mean Girls" star hit one of their vans with her Mercedes in October 2005.

CelebTV.com reports that the business is asking for $3,624.84 in damages which the actress has so far failed to pay.

A Los Angeles judge will hear the case on June 20. Lindsay, who had another recent car accident, will still be in rehab.
