After a wild weekend even by Lindsay Lohan standards, the starlet has put herself back into rehab.
At just 20-years-old, the stay at Promises is the second rehab attempt and her third effort to get sober after attending AA meetings.
Lindsay was escorted to the Malibu treatment facility, the same place responsible for turning around Britney Spears' life, by her lawyer and will stay for at least one month.
Lindsay's publicist released a statement confirming that the young star was seeking help. She said, "Because this is a medical matter, it is our hope that the press will appreciate the seriousness of the situation and respect the privacy of Lindsay as well as the other patients receiving treatment at the facility."
A source told In Touch Weekly magazine, "She realizes it's the right thing to do. She is going willingly."
The full extent of the actress' problems was revealed over the Memorial Day weekend, when she crashed her Mercedes into a tree. Police on the scene found cocaine in the car. The following night, Lindsay was back to partying at Teddy's nightclub and was pictured passed out/sleeping in the passenger's seat of friend Samantha Ronson's car.
Hopefully this second attempt at rehabilitation will be more successful than the first. While at the Wonderland treatment facility in L.A., Lindsay frequently left the grounds to shop and socialize.
