Troubled star Lindsay Lohan has suffered a sobriety setback during a New Year's party. A video of the 21-year-old actress drinking champagne directly from a bottle had leaked in the Internet Thursday. The said video taken in Capri, Italy first appeared on TMZ.com.
Her legal rep, Blair Berk, narrates to People.com what had really happened on the dance floor, "After being handed a champagne bottle whole on a dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay stopped herself, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track. There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her 'one day at a time' with the entire world."
Lohan was in the country to receive an award at the 12th Annual Capri Hollywood International Film Festival. She was also headlined when she was seen cozying up with three men in one day.
The Mean Girls actress checked out of rehab in Utah in October. Her treatment at the exclusive Cirque Lodge Treatment Center began in the weeks following her arrest in California on suspicion of DUI.
