Singer/actress Lindsay Lohan has been told to give a deposition for a negligence lawsuit filed against her earlier this year.
The 21-year-old actress is being sued by Raymundo Ortega after her Mercedes-Benz crashed into his red van after reportedly drinking at The Ivy in Hollywood in October 2005.
Lohan's attorney's have attempted to have plans for the "Mean Girls" star to give evidence on videotape dumped for fears the footage could later be sold on for a large sum.
"If a single picture of Ms. Lohan can sell for a thousands of dollars, a videotape of the deposition will undoubtedly sell for tens of thousands of dollars, or more."
But Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Stern rejected the argument and ordered Lohan to give the video evidence.
Lohan has denied the blame and filed her own counter suit against Ortega. She alleges Ortega and other unnamed defendants caused the accident.
Both cases are set for trial on April 7, 2008.
