Sceptics questioned how long Lindsay Lohan would take to go off the rails considering she went straight from rehab to nightclubs.
Some gave her months and others said that the 21-year-old actress had finally reformed and made significant changes in her lifestyle. However, just days after leaving Promises rehab facility, Lindsay was back into the L.A. club scene - sporting a very unattractive alcohol-monitoring anklet.
It seems that Lindsay worked out how to beat the monitoring. According to TMZ, the "Mean Girls" star was pulled over by Los Angeles police at 2.15AM and arrested on a DUI.
Lindsay has been seen in and out of Hollywood clubs since she allegedly became sober. Last week, the New York Post printed a blind item insinuating that a starlet wearing a monitoring bracelet was seen purchasing ecstasy in Hollywood.
The star's camp has not yet commented on the new scandal, which could damage her case when she faces a judge on August 24 for a former DUI charge.
Lindsay is one of many starlets who insist on getting behind the wheel drunk. Paris Hilton has served time while Nicole Richie is trying to avoid being locked up.
