Lindsay Lohan Almost Got Served With Subpoena For Samantha Ronson

Lindsay Lohan was almost served with a subpoena that was meant for girlfriend Samantha Ronson by a man masquerading as a paparazzo.

The 24-year-old actress was at the set of her new movie "Labor Pains" when a man tried to hand her the papers.

An insider tells eonline.com, "She refused to take the papers, and they fell to the ground. She pulled her arm away, and her bodyguard grabbed the subpoena server's arm."

Lohan then walked back to her trailer telling the nearby paparazzi, "it's not my lawsuit."

The lawsuit was actually for Ronson, filed by her former attorney Martin Garbus, whom the British DJ is suing for mishandling her defamation case against celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.
