Jailed rapper Lil' Kim is terrified her breast implants are leaking.The star - who is behind bars in Philadelphia on perjury and conspiracycharges - has allegedly told family members she's having problems with herhuge false mammaries.
A source told America's New York Daily News newspaper: "Apparently, she'sworried her boobs are leaking. She needs to have them serviced."
Bureau of Prisons spokeswoman Traci Billingsley will not discuss the hip-hopstar's health, but said the detention centre has a doctor on staff in caseany inmates develop a problem.
She revealed: "If [the prison medical unit] can't handle it, they willcontract out treatment."
However, a spokesperson for L'il Kim - who started serving her one-yearprison sentence last September - has denied the claims insisting she is"perfectly healthy."
The surgically-enhanced rapper - real name Kimberly Jones - once revealedrapper Diddy begged her not to go through with the boob job.
Kim said: "I'll never forget telling Puffy [Diddy] I was going to get breastimplants. He cursed me out. He was like, 'You buggin.' He went to everybody in my family."
