Reclusive actor Leonardo DiCaprio was taken to hospital by air-ambulance from his African movie set after he fell, and it was feared that he had suffered internal injuries.

The "Titanic" actor, who is currently filming "Blood Diamond" in Mozambique, was flown by helicopter to a clinic in Nelspruit, South Africa, for an MRI scan after slipping and injuring his knee on set.

It was determined that Leo had suffered no internal bleeding and he was able to return back to filming shortly thereafter.
