Michael Jackson has been told he's too thin to perform live. Doctors have reportedly begged the "Thriller" singer to eat more or risk collapsing on stage during his 50-show residency at London's O2 arena in July.

Concert promoter AEG Live insist the 50-year-old star is "extremely fit" and looking forward to taking to the stage, but others claim he is dangerously underweight, and needs gain at least 20lbs to be considered healthy.

Leona Lewis has fled her U.S. mansion after fearing she was being stalked. The "Bleeding Love" singer - who only moved into the $6 million Hollywood property last week - has returned to the U.K. after being left shaken when she was followed home from the shops by a man.

A source said: "Leona was completely unsettled by this and was pretty relieved to get back to the house safely. But when she looked out of the window later the man was still there, staring right at her. It freaked Leona out big time. She feared she was being stalked."

Leona Lewis suffered facial injuries after being headbutted by her horse. The "Bleeding Love" singer was thrown to the floor and suffered a split lip after the stallion - a present from friends - reared up and hit her during an early morning ride in Los Angeles.

A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Leona has been riding since she was a child and has never had a fear of horses. So she was really shaken up when the horse turned on her. Something startled the horse and it flicked its head back and smacked Leona full in the face."

Leona Lewis is being turned into a "feisty" diva. The "Bleeding Love" singer is teaming up with super-producer Timbaland - who recently worked on Madonna's album "Hard Candy" - for the follow-up to her debut LP "Spirit" and he has promised to take her work in a completely new direction.

A source said: "Timbaland can't wait to work with Leona and make her feisty like Beyonce Knowles and Rihanna."

The "Bleeding Love" singer - who went home empty handed despite receiving four nominations last year - is reportedly furious after being ignored in all major categories at the prestigious music honors and is now refusing to attend tomorrow's ceremony.
