She told BANG Showbiz: "I'm not that confident! I think it's a strong statement, and I really respect it because it's for a great cause. I would love to do something for great causes like that, but I just don't think I could pose nude, because I'm not that brave."

Leona, 21 - who won the ITV talent contest in 2006 - was said to be "thrilled" to have been asked to sing at such a prestigious event.
