Actress Tiffani Thiessen is in talks for a new project but it isn't the spinoff of "Beverly Hills, 90210." She is in talks with her husband about starting a family.

The actress, who starred in the original "Beverly Hills, 90210," told People.com that she and husband Brady Smith have been talking about starting a family. Thiessen and Smith wed in 2005.

It appears that actress Mischa Barton has learned her lesson, and in fact will be learning that lesson for the next three years on an unsupervised probation term. The former "O.C." star will accept a plea deal in her DUI case, sparing herself jail time.

An arraignment will be held Thursday in a Beverly Hills court, according to People.com. Barton, 22, was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles on December 27 after sheriff deputies spotted her weaving between two lanes of traffic. She also failed to signal when making a turn.

Not one to sugar coat her words, Joan Rivers has lashed out at Victoria Beckham for being "arrogant."

'Desperate Housewives' star Eva Longoria Parker and professional basketball player Tony Parker are celebrating after bosses of X17, a Los Angeles based photo agency issued an apology to the newlyweds. The agency claimed that Parker had an affair with a French model last summer.

Longoria and her husband sued the company for $20 million after the agency ran with the allegations all made by Alexandra Paressant, who claimed she met Parker on his wedding day last July. Rumor is X17 never even met with Paressant to confirm the story.

Actress Jasmine Guy, best known as Whitley Gilbert on "A Different World," has filed for divorce from her husband. According to court documents in Los Angeles, Guy filed for divorce from husband Terrence Duckett.

The star cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split from her husband of nearly 10 years. Both Guy and Duckett are 46.
