Richard Pryor's daughter Elizabeth is accusing the late comedian's wife, Jennifer Lee, of mentally abusing him.

In a petition filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Elizabeth is seeking removal of Jennifer as the trustee of Richard's estate, citing "elder abuse."
