Larry Birkhead is back to his home away from home - the court room.
The father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, Dannielynn Hope, has filed a petition in probate court to be named the sole guardian of Dannielynn's estate - currently worth around $710,000, according to her late mothers will.
In court documents obtained by Us Weekly magazine, Larry wants to be the sole parent and guardian of Dannielynn "in order to represent his daughter's interest in the probate proceedings for the Estate of Vickie Lynn Marshall, aka Anna Nicole Smith."
A hearing for the case is set for June 19.
But the little baby may have some other career options other than living off a trust fund. In Touch magazine asked Larry if he would let his new daughter follow in Anna Nicole's footsteps and model.
He said, "I'd have to think about it. People say she looks like a Gerber baby ... I don't want her to be a celebrity."
At just eight months old, Dannielynn is already one of the most photographed and famous babies in the world due to bitter custody battles and controversy surrounding her birth and Anna Nicole's death.
