Kylie Minogue praised fans at the London premiere of her tour documentary 'White Diamond' for helping her overcome cancer. The Australian pop star fought back tears as she paid tribute to the "overwhelming" support of her loyal followers.

Speaking on the red carpet at the Vue cinema in Leicester Square yesterday, Kylie said: "When I was stripped of everything, I thought I had nothing. But then I realized I had everything - love, support and letters from all my amazing fans."

"I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them."

Kylie wore a stunning $2 million one-off Dolce and Gabbana gold dress with sparkling diamond jewelry as she greeted over a thousand fans and described their reaction as "overwhelming."

'White Diamond' director William Baker followed the 39-year-old singer on her 'Showgirl-Homecoming' concert tour between August 2006 and March 2007. The tour had originally been halted midway through in 2005 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, but resumed with a Sydney concert in November last year following her recovery.
