Nothing is going to keep this star down. Kylie Minogue is ready to strut her stuff and embrace life to the fullest as a breast-cancer survivor. The Australian singer looked radiant and glowing when she recently posed for Australia's Vogue magazine.
Kylie recreated Christine Keeler's iconic 60s photos for the December cover and will be guest editing the Christmas issue of the fashion bible.
The 38-year-old, who models cutting-edge outfits by Chanel and Dolce Gabbana in the shoot, looks every inch a style icon and proves she is back to her best after overcoming breast cancer.
In an emotional editorial, Kylie thanks her lover Oliver Martinez and everyone who supported her during her illness.
She says, "Since my cancer diagnosis, my whole world changed. I have learned and experienced so much about myself and others. It's great to be able to make those first steps into the life I knew before - the one I now know better."
Vogue editor Kirstie Clements said getting Kylie to appear in the magazine was an "early Christmas presents for the readers."
She added, "Kylie knew what a deadline was. She was quick to come back with responses and ideas. Her professionalism was paramount and evident in everything she did. The cover shot presented a positive, beaming image."
The pop singer will kick off her postponed "Showgirl" tour at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in her native Australia on November 11.
